The Queen typically has somebody in their life that even they consider a reliable higher source of wisdom.  This particular illustration is based on a  a real with whom I had an experience with. She would often consult with when there were difficulties between us.   Her mother possessed a unique and unrivaled ability to correctly rationalize and offer solutions plaguing even the most difficult quandaries for the Queen.
